The casale

Traveling along magnificent country roads, dominated by the blue sky and ancient olive trees, you arrive at Casale Madre, an ancient countryside farmhouse nestled in 4 hectares of land planted with ancient olive and almond trees.

The trees bear their fruits nourished solely by rainwater, allowing us to have a fully organic cultivation. The small vegetable garden seasonally offers its fruits to our guests, who can enjoy them throughout the year.

The structure of the farmhouse has been restored through renovation work and the intervention of skilled local craftsmen. The use of local materials, such as ancient chianca stone, terrazzo, and cocciopesto, harmonizes with the colors of the Puglia region - white, terracotta, and pink. Throughout the day, the play of light creates a unique atmosphere of serenity, peace, and well-being.

The only sounds you can hear are the rustling of leaves and the chirping of birds. The only scents are provided by the Mediterranean plants that surround the farmhouse. Being able to immerse yourself in the pool surrounded only by nature is one of the most intoxicating experiences of the vacation.

Tradition here embraces technology and respect for the environment that hosts us. The heat we generate comes from the use of solar panels, so as not to impact the environment and allow it to welcome us with respect. Walk along the path of white gravel and arrive at the farmhouse to experience an authentic Puglia experience immersed in beauty and tradition.
