GUESTS HAVE THE OPTION TO BOOK THE ENTIRE STRUCTURE OR INDIVIDUAL ROOMS BASED ON AVAILABILITY

WHOLE FACILITY RESERVATION

For the reservation of the entire facility we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount at the time of booking confirmation. Final payment of 50% must be received within 60 days before the arrival. A security deposit of €1,000 is required to be paid within one week before arrival. Payment can be made via website, stripe link or bank transfer. The deposit will be returned 3 days after check out. Any damages or losses to the property will be deducted from the deposit.

With the reservation of the entire facility, we are pleased to give you, only for the morning following arrival, a rich and complete welcome breakfast with typical local products carefully prepared.

For the following mornings, breakfast is available only on request and for a fee, €35 per person (offered for children under 6 years).

– Arrival time: from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM
– Departure time: 10:00 AM

TOURIST TAX: 2 Euro per person per day (up to a maximum of 5 nights for over 12 years old).

Rates do not include the mandatory cost of final cleaning (€300).

CANCELLATION: 60 days prior to arrival with a 50% refund of the amount paid at the time of booking. No refund will be given within 60 days of arrival or in case of a no-show.

PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, bank transfer, cash.

SINGLE ROOM RESERVATION

For single room reservation we require simultaneous payment of the full amount at the time of confirmation via website, nexi link or bank transfer. No security deposit required. Cancellation policy: 30 days before arrival: 50% refund of total cost, less than 30 days before your arrival: no refund.

The rate includes buffet breakfast with local products and daily room cleaning.
