Our brunch, by the chef and her team, is a culinary experience that comes from the contamination of Apulian cuisine and experimentation and research by our chefs. The menu changes constantly based on seasonal ingredients, favoring local and zero-mile products.
Brunch is open to non-guests. We welcome children.

Sunday at the Casale means “Sunday lunch” We invite you to sit at our table and enjoy the culinary experience of Sunday lunch in Apulian homes. Our chef and her team will cook according to the seasons and traditions, always adding a touch of authentic experimentation.
Sunday lunch is open to non-Casale guests. We welcome children.
