Our chef Luisa prepares breakfast boxes every day with fresh, seasonal ingredients, ready to be enjoyed anywhere: at your property, by the sea, after a walk in the countryside, or anywhere in Puglia. You don’t have to be a Casale guest: Madre Breakfast is also designed for those who want to start the day with authentic and wholesome flavors.

Three options to choose from: Light – slice of cake, bread, jam, yogurt, fruit, milk, water. Gourmet – everything from the Light menu + homemade granola, capocollo, cheese, omelette, cherry tomatoes, smoothie. Exclusive – everything from the Gourmet menu + ricotta or burrata, Casale extra virgin olive oil, Casale almonds.

Prices per person: Light €17 – Gourmet €22 – Exclusive €27. Delivery costs included throughout Puglia. Minimum order: 2 people. Reservations: by 10:00 am the day before. Delivery: between 7:30 and 10:00. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free options available upon request.
