WHOLE FACILITY RESERVATION<\/p>\n

For the reservation of the entire facility we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount at the time of booking confirmation. Final payment of 50% must be received within 60 days before the arrival. A security deposit of \u20ac1,000 is required to be paid within one week before arrival. Payment can be made via website, stripe link or bank transfer. The deposit will be returned 3 days after check out. Any damages or losses to the property will be deducted from the deposit.<\/p>\n

With the reservation of the entire facility, we are pleased to give you, only for the morning following arrival, a rich and complete welcome breakfast with typical local products carefully prepared.<\/span><\/p>\n

For the following mornings, breakfast is available only on request and for a fee, \u20ac35 per person (offered for children under 6 years).<\/p>\n

For single room reservation we require simultaneous payment of the full amount at the time of confirmation via website, nexi link or bank transfer. No security deposit required. Cancellation policy: 30 days before arrival: 50% refund of total cost, less than 30 days before your arrival: no refund.<\/p>\n

The rate includes buffet breakfast with local products and daily room cleaning.<\/p>\n
