Casale Madre was born as an agricultural company where ancient and young olive trees bear their fruits following the natural cycle typical of organic farming.<\/p>\n

The land is nourished solely by rainwater and follows the rhythm of the seasons.<\/p>\n

We harvest the olives and produce extra virgin olive oil that we sell to our customers and the general public.<\/p>\n

A small production of exquisite and high-quality olive oil.<\/p>\n

The almond orchard bears its fruits in September, and the small almonds can be enjoyed both at the farmhouse and at home. <\/p>\n

A young vegetable garden emerges among the olive trees, allowing us to taste the typical products of Puglia and the current season.
